Two-digit numbers on a number line

Set up
Have a paper with a shared number line from 0 to 100. It only needs to have the 10’s marked on the number line.
Play
On a turn, a player uses two random numbered cards from 0 to 9. The player chooses the order of these two digits to generate a number from 00 to 99, and then puts that number on their side of the number line.
Goal
The first player to get four numbers in a region without any of the opponent’s numbers in between theirs wins.
